COMPANY ORIGIN
AES was founded in 2003 by David Sugerman, a Charlottesville native.
David specializes in structure and land maintenance and improvement, and has extensive experience with complex properties and projects. He has served—and continues to serve—on behalf of owners to manage large design/build projects ranging from custom homes to ponds, lakes, bridges, pools, roads, landscape design + installation, and trail networks. He and his team genuinely enjoy what they do and it shows in the results of their work. They always take the extra steps to document and communicate every detail of every project to their clients, and never stop short of delivering the highest levels of professionalism and craftsmanship.
