Albemarle Estate Services offers consulting for owners who want to build, or improve, the team responsible for their property. We travel anywhere to meet with the owners, evaluate the property and its need in person, and understand the goals and standards that matter most.

Drawing on more than 20 years of hands-on experience managing sophisticated residential properties, we help owners assemble a high-performing, reliable team suited to their property.
We work with existing preferred vendors wherever possible, and fill any gaps with additional professionals selected after careful vetting
This service is offered in two ways:
- As a one-time engagement: we build the team, put the right systems and relationships in place, and step back.
- As an ongoing relationship: we remain connected as an extra layer of communication, oversight, and quality control, along with documentation and record keeping.

For owners who choose to stay connected, we provide an experienced layer of oversight between the owner and the many people responsible for maintaining the property.

- Preventative maintenance planning
- Vendor and contractor coordination
- Project oversight
- Property inspections and condition monitoring

- Documentation and reporting
- Cost and quality control
- Long-term planning for property systems and improvements
